Academic OneFile provides access to peer-reviewed, full-text articles from journals and reference sources. It also offers full text of the New York Times from 1995 to the present and includes transcripts and audio files from National Public Radio (NPR).

Academic Search Complete (ASC) Contains Some Full Text
A scholarly, multi-disciplinary database that offers more than 6,100 full-text periodicals. In addition to full-text articles, Academic Search  Complete provides indexing and abstracts for many more resources,  including indexing for more than 10,100 journals, scholarly books, reports, conference proceedings, etc. It includes some searchable PDF content going back as far as 1887.

Provides full-text articles from various familiar magazines, such as Newsweek, Time, U.S. News & World Report, Fortune, and Foreign Affairs. Coverage includes news, business, entertainment, lifestyle, science and technology, and sports. Paid advertisements are excluded.

A full-text database of essays that present multiple sides of a current issue. For each topic there is an overview along with positive arguments (point) and opposing arguments (counterpoint). Source materials include essays, political magazines, newspapers, news transcripts, primary source documents, and reference books. This database also offers guides to developing arguments and writing position papers.
